Didn’t think i’d be able to do it so easily, maybe it’s cause I never truly tried. Staying off of instagram really helped. I deleted tiktok as well to reduce my triggers to almost nothing. Now i’m just living, my libido feels a lot better and the girl I been hanging with agrees, WE UP!! Hope y’all r living large and healing from one of the most addictive things as well as I am
