How is a relapse defined? For context I had watched some adult content for a brief moment, let’s say a couple seconds/less than a minute. I had no urge to masturbate either.

Not sure, I'm wondering the same thing. I was looking on twitter and saw some stuff which was bad and I looked at, but I also didn't have the urge and didn't masturbate. Lets mutually say it doesn't count cuz I'm at 12 days 😿

I wouldn’t say it counts. I would say if you use it pleasurably that would count (masturbate even without finishing)
