Late night urges

I understand your pain brother, I too have fallen victim to it, and what I have seen helps me is continuously telling that little lustful voice in my head that no, tonight I am not going to lust, and I set my phone aside and knock out, sleeping victorious as I’ve won a battle, and I do the same the next day, and the next day and so forth. It’s okay to have urges, even people who don’t watch porn at all have sexual urges, it’s just part of being human. Acting on your urges is what can become a problem
