No you shouldn’t reset, you didn’t masturbate or have an orgasm. You stayed strong and pushed through, I’d call it progress that you were able to watch it and not masturbate. I mean obviously it’s preferable that you don’t watch it at all, but you’re making my progress dude. The fact that you were able to watch it and NOT masturbate is an achievement in itself.
