Triggers
When I was starting out on this sobriety journey 7 years ago I was tasked with listing out all of my triggers whether it be an app or a show or podcast or type of music...anything that you consume that could trigger you to relapse... then it asks you to remove the triggers you can and if you can't remove one, state why not It took me a while to remove things like social media apps and certain shows and music from my daily consumption but it definitely helped maintain long stretches of sobriety when I was finally serious enough to remove them... I encourage you all to try this exercise and be honest with yourselves when listing the triggers
