True Recovery is Real

I’ve struggled with this high inappropriate sexual energy since a small child (probably 5-7) when I was accidentally exposed to porn and sexual content many times. I am 24 now and after praying and begging for what felt like forever for this curse to be removed, I not only see, but feel the light at the end of the tunnel. It started with this app. I am 11 days clean and I don’t plan on relapsing any time soon. I want true relationship and healthy sex within marriage. Sex is a good thing. Porn made it seem taboo and a big “no no”. However, within the barriers of Christ, I have found that I now have the power and control over this curse. It ends with me and it shall not pass on to my children or children’s children in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
