Pent up emotions

I have removed most triggers from my life, but after a few days of sobriety, I get irritable, anxious and self sabotage myself into guilt if my day was not productive. And then I relapse. I try to make my days productive, but it is impossible to not slip up in between. What do I do?
Are there any hobbies or passions you have start there! Always look for different routes it’s easier said than done but you got this bro
