I think imma delete this app. Looking at the timer makes u think it’s ok to relapse. Even just going on the app makes u think of gooning. Better to delete it

Im not having this experience, the counter has been very useful for me and reminding me of the time I've invested in quitting. Pulling up the app just reminds me I've what I've sacrificed and how a moment of short term pleasure isn't worth the days I've worked to be clean of this habit. Good luck I hope you find what works for you.

16 day streak here. Can't confirm that. Getting more and more days on the counter feels good and the thought of reseting it leaves me away from porn
