I just started today too. I’ve been addicted for years now and am just tired of this endless cycle of self-guilt that I always feel from it. It’s tiring to always feel like I’m hiding a piece of myself from everyone, and it has affected my ability to make new connections. Good luck and stay strong, it’ll be worth it.
