Define your boundaries brother. IMO, sex with a partner is healthy. Use the app for whatever. My boundary is porn whether it be soft core YouTube instagram stuff or internet real stuff. The goal is to quit porn not sex. Masturbation can be up to you. I like to think that as long as im not masturbating to cope with stress or engaging excessively in fantasy, all good. I’m trying to build more and more time between when I masturbate. Going all in black or white has been a recipe for failure in the past. But to each their own.
