Hey everyone I’m trying to stop relapsing and watch this shit , like most of you here and I’m getting really hard time with relapses. Most of my relapses are in the night before bed , I’m finishing my workout and then going back home before shower , I’m usually with my phone and something on instagram or TikTok triggers me and then I’m starting the loop , not specifically porn - but can be in instagram too … Any tips to overcome those feelings of the urges , and the intrusive sexual thoughts?

If you don’t wanna completely delete instagram unfollow any accounts that trigger you to relapse and make sure you click not interested on any posts on your explore page that do the same. Repeat till they stop appearing when you refresh. Helped me loads as instagram was my main trigger

Delete the app or do push ups when you get the urge like literally do them I bet you’ll stop thinking about it then lol
