Should I be worried? One of my friends showed like a video of p to me, this still doesn’t mean I relapsed right? I just got a sneak peak of it and looked away right away

I recommend to ask yourself what made you look away right away - then you got your answer if it was a relapse or not.

Sounds like u not hanging around the right people bro. I would let ur friend know to not show u something liked that again or to stop hanging around them if that’s the type of things that they like to watch/talk about
