Did you forget?
If you question yourself on “why now” or “why not later” you try to think of the scenarios.. “What if I did this later?” Or “I can’t remember.. why’s it so bad?” You are exactly where you need to be. Don’t answer the question. Forget about why you quit! Remember what you’re doing. Nothing. Your body is actively in motion, on the path towards zeroing the pleasure you’ve been suffocating joy, and happiness for. Train yourself in “boredom”. What’s it like to sit around? Be bored? Maybe. Best part of the day is not meant to be in some fantasy land watching other people have sex. It’s meant to be at work, waking up, enjoying coffee, going on a walk. Your life! Do not feed the beast.
