Would you consider viewing your SO’s nudes as “pornography?”

I would disagree that it counts. It would be the same stimulation as even just having relations with him/her, right? I think my main challenge is with viewing ACTUAL pornography, example being with actual pornstars, unrealistic expectations, etc. I do not feel as stimulated when I look at their nudes nor do I crave it. Which is why I am doing my reset and withdrawal from pornography. I heard that once you have completely gone without, it becomes easier to have relations with your SO, which is my focus: to have a better and healthier sexual and intimate relationship with my partner.

It only counts if you orgasm, if not it don’t count

Imo it heavily depends on the purpose. If you want to masturbate, but you’re abstaining from porn, and you view them to get off - then it’s basically just a substitute for porn, so yes it counts. If you’re viewing them to remind yourself of how beautiful your partner is, and why you’re doing this, then no it doesn’t count. However, that’s on the premise that you’re not then masturbating to them for the cheap dopamine
