A Sign From GOD?

Last night I had a dream where I was relapsing and doing it but after I did it I couldn’t pee? and it was so painful like a stinging pain, like the hole/lips of my tip was shut?! I’m not sure what this is but it’s been 2 days and I haven’t relapsed yet I am so scared of that dream.. in the dream I had to push so hard and then I finally could pee again or I went to the hospital one of the other I can’t remember but this is scary
