My longest w/ out p*** since I started this app was 8 days, now it seems I can’t even pass 3 days. This time I’m making it to next Sunday at least & we go on from there. Bless 💪🏾

Stay strong
Make a detailed day plan where you plan out your whole day with 30 minutes time blocks. And make a plan for what to do when you’re finished with all your tasks, doesn’t matter what that is, I always do some scrolling or gaming even though its not perfect but still better than gapping
Also unfortunately I’m unemployed at the moment, so it makes it easier for a relapse. I do meditation but I haven’t done it for some days now, I also do push ups whenever I get an urge. What else would you guys recommend that’ll help ?
