I’d say it depends on the intention. If you replaced porn with porn imagination, I’d count it a relapse. If the imagination was towards a „healthy habit“, I’d say be gentle to yourself, no relapse. I’d not consider masturbation by definition a bad thing, as long as it relates to a healthy sexual lifestyle. I’d consider it a problem as it becomes addictive or uncontrollable urge.
