Every thought we have about relapsing is just a thought. We control our own bodies, our own minds. Its all connected to discipline, doing something u don't want to do to benefit from it later, same like going to the gym (for the people who are unmotivated to go). If yoi get disciplined in other aspects of life, like getting up early, eating properly, daily routines (dont have to be overcomplicated) etc, it'll be easier to deal with this too
