50 Days

I’ve tried to quit so many times throughout the past few years. After a long relapse, I decided to download this app and quit for good. This time, I’m doing it for my fiancée, myself, my friends, and my family. It feels amazing but it is so hard. My therapist really helps me navigate the tough moments and I can’t recommend that enough for help. Make the decision that it’s time to quit today. No moderation, no half measures, no trying. Find your reason why (boy/girlfriend, kids, self, etc) and let that guide you to the person you want to be. Stay strong. You’ve got this 💪
