I wish I could say I am doing better but I am having the same issue I just try and always focus on god and he will take that temptation away but sometimes I am bad at going to him and I will just relapse. But try praying everyday and live for him and always turn to him when you feel that feeling. Because this is so bad for us and not just ruins relationships but our relationship with Christ so don’t let the devil and the world tempt you Live for Christ.
