I jerked off without porn after 7 days and I’m not sure what I should feel about it. Did I relapse?

It is a slippery slope. I justified it at the time by saying once a week is fine but now I want to worse than ever. I think I will have to cold turkey all of it.

I’d be careful. Even if you don’t consider it to be a relapse, it can be a slippery slope.

I don’t think so. I think that’s okay because it’s the porn not the masturbation that is the issue. At least my opinion.
