I recommend turning off this apps notifications because I keep seeing the word ‘porn’ on every notification I get and it’s tempting. So turn off.

I find the notifications to be helpful because it reminds me I’m not in this fight alone. But everyone one is different!

I turned them on but I told my phone no notifications so I haven't seen any.
