After 45 days if I could you some advice to go straight cold turkey it’s to find something that you can always be busy with, and once you do that and spend all your time on that no matter what it is day trading was it for me because I could always learn and study it, but once you break that confidence barrier and talk to girls it’s so much easier from there you won’t even open the app anymore because you don’t think about it I promise you it gets better
