What the title says really. The important thing for anyone, especially if you’ve just relapsed, is that you’re on the road to recovery. You are actively trying to better yourself. How many people can actually really say that they are working towards a better version of themself every single day and won’t quit? You have incredible mental strength and commitment. Be grateful for that. Take confidence from that. Recovery is long but is so worth it. KEEP GOING
