It comes down to what your goal is. It’s different for everyone. Some strictly just want to quit porn. Others masturbation in anyway possible even without porn. And as you’ve seen from the comments before me complete abstinence either do to personal or religious reasons.

I don’t know if you are religious but I would think no sex until marriage would be a greater reward of the journey

if you’re Christian no because it is a sin but if you’re doing purely for no porn you have to know yourself if youre more likely to relapse when you have sex then yes but if it doesn’t affect it no. be honest with yourself and don’t let her feelings diminish your journey
