So is there any way to get more out of this app? The relaxing text are so repetitive and sometimes I feel like I'd need something else, and more of that something else, because so far I'm okay didn't relapse in a few days, but there were some VERY close calls... Thanks for your replies in advance and stay strong everyone! I'm trying my best as well!
Use the community to drive you and motivate you. Do the 28 day challenge and do the daily challenges for that everyday, don’t skip! Post how you’re feeling and what drives you in the group chat everyday. There’s also a ton of resources that are under the tree. Personally I started a productivity journal and it’s been game changer. Also STAY AWAY FROM YOUR TRIGGERS! The pull of proximity CAN BE FATAL. If you were a struggling alcoholic would you go hang out in a bar? Hell no, the same applies to porn. If your trigger is scrolling insta, or playing too many video games or just being bored, do something to get away from those temptations. You got this PUSH harder than you’ve ever pushed in your life.
