The danger is that if you don’t reset it then you will toe the line and maybe look at porn to get the rush but not masturbate, which would still defeat your mission. Use your own judgement and keep fighting!
If you actively went to search and watch a video I would say yes, reset the timer.

Restart your streak. From experience you need to set a standard for yourself, else your mind will just keep making excuses saying “it’s okay” until eventually you fail . Good luck !
