It’s how often you do it that counts and speak volumes. Even without porn you’re still going have natural urges that come up out no where if you’re living a healthy lifestyle so I don’t think it’s the action but it’s your way of living and your state of mind that matters.

Here’s my thing Isaac if we just get right down to the bottom of this the reason why we condemn masturbation is bc it’ll automatically lead you back into your porn addiction unless you have someone blocking you from it. Masturbation is basically like going on a vacation or winning a gold medal. It’s a reward system of body. You wouldn’t go to McDonald’s every day and load up in Big Macs would you no due the result of obesity and a shorter life span. Masturbation I do believe can be a form of therapy when we’re dealing some form of stress. I wouldn’t say it’s immoral but it’s definitely nothing to brag about. If you’re single and your alone on Valentine’s Day and you haven’t indulged in anything sexual for a whole but you all the sudden feel really horny let’s be real the people saying it’s wrong and sinful would probably do it as well.

There are a few questions to ask yourself: 1) if you continue to please yourself (even without porn) do you think it’ll lead into you stumbling again? 2) Did you feel shame/guilt, even if it was a little, when this occurred? 3) Lastly, since you asked the question does that mean you have some doubts that you did the right thing?
