Sorry I missed a day, having a busy day at work. Minimal urges. Off tomorrow so I gotta make sure I stay busy to prevent relapsing. My highest chances of relapsing are on my days off. It’s going to be beautiful tomorrow so I’ll spend time outside! Have a great day!😊🙂↔️
