I’m tired…

I’m back at ground zero and gosh I’m so tired of the sexual rot. It’s almost as normal as breathing sometimes but as unthinkable as murder any other time. It’s killing me and I desperately need to replace it with God. This week into the beginning of next month, I’m starting a challenge. I’m going to go entertainment free in order to get my dopamine levels down. I’m gunna work to replace that time with productivity and Bible study. I’m also giving up sugar/treats. If I don’t need it, I don’t eat it. Prayers are appreciated, and certainly needed.
