Waking up and at night is when I suffer the most. During the day I don’t even think about it. What strategies do you people implement at bedtime especially?
Waking up and at night is when I suffer the most. During the day I don’t even think about it. What strategies do you people implement at bedtime especially?
Personally I like to do pushups before bed, and then I don’t touch my phone, or if your religious reading the Bible or other books like it works well too, you’ve got this man!
It can also be useful to just keep your phone in another location. If you live with other people, I like to try and go to bed when everyone else does so I’m not tempted once I’m alone
