I personally don’t consider it a relapse, the reason I’m stopping porn, is to be able to live my love life fully. I’m in the same situation, & online is the only option we have. I judge it off of feeling. It feels real with her. While with porn, it is as mentioned above, a dopaminic bomb of fakeness

From my perspective, the dopamine segregated while watching porn is from variety, fake body, fake sounds, exaggerations in general, so I asume is not the same than playing with your partner and just your partner. For sure it would be a temptation to continue watching porn, so idk, it’s a hard decision you must make. It’s just my perspective
